1. Manufactured out of 50mm‘B Class Galvanized Iron pipes according to ISI specification1239.

2. Having centre width as 750mm and height as 2300 mm with 25x10mm mild steel plate.

4. The main frame legs will be provided with 125x125mm ,10G hot Rolled foundation plates, screwed and socketed, with 2 nos of 150mmx10mm foundation belts for better stability in each plate to be embedded below the ground level.

5. All the flat Iron rings and pipes will be welded as per laid down standards. The main frame will have 12mm Suitable holes to house 6’’x12mm bolts to be attached with leg frames.

6. Leg frame; 2 Nos of frames will be manufactured out of 50mm B class Galvanised iron Pipes according to ISI embedded below the ground level.

7. All the flat Iron rings and pipes will be welded as per laid down standards. The mainframe will have 12mm holes to house6’’x1 2mm bolts to be attached with leg frames. Specification No 1230 x25 x 6mm Mild Steel semi circular rings, and having one length, of the frame of the crateas1550mm ,height 1250,width 490mm with foundation plates, of 125mmx125mm.Welded in the leg pipes screwed with 2 Nos of foundation bolts of 150mm x10mm with nuts of Best make. And additional supportive of cross hole pass with each measuring 6mm thickness, 25mm width& 150mm length.

Detachable lock pipes-Lock pipes will be manufactured out of 40mm A class Galvanized Iron pipes of 900mm long welded with25x10mm bolts one ach lock pipes to be screwed with the base and welded to a strong chain of 1.00metre long at the other end being welded on the main frame. This will facilitate detachment of lock pipes when necessary otherwise will remain locked to the chain and frame. For safety.
